Your Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) must be identical across every platform. This checklist helps you audit and fix inconsistencies.


Why Identity Syncing Matters

Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) analyze your entire digital presence as one entity.

If your information is inconsistent, AI sees multiple fragmented identities—none ranking well.

  • Family: "Proud parent of two teenagers" (if comfortable sharing)
  • Community involvement: "Board member of [local organization]"

Credibility Markers

  • Certifications: "Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist"
  • Awards: "Top 1% of agents nationally"
  • Affiliations: "Member of [association]"
  • Media mentions: "Featured in [publication]"

Common Mistakes to Avoid

Inconsistent Name Formats

  • Website: "Michael Johnson"
  • Zillow: "Mike Johnson"
  • Google: "Michael J. Johnson"

Fix: Pick one. Use it everywhere.

Missing Phone Numbers

  • Many platforms allow hiding contact info
  • AI can't find what doesn't exist

Fix: Display consistent contact info on every platform.

Outdated Addresses

  • Moved offices 2 years ago
  • Half your profiles show old address

Fix: Quarterly audit of all platforms.

Generic Bios

Fix: Add specifics: market focus, personality, achievements.


The Review Integration Strategy

Don't just mention you have reviews—weave them in:

In Your Bio:

"With over 400 five-star reviews, clients consistently praise my responsiveness and market expertise. As one recent buyer noted: 'Sarah made our first home purchase completely stress-free.'"

Key Points:

  • Aggregate total reviews across platforms
  • Include a brief quote (not verbatim copy)
  • Update quarterly as reviews grow

Post-Sync Verification

After updating all platforms:

Week 1 Check

  • Search your exact name on Google
  • Do all results show consistent information?
  • Are there any outdated profiles still appearing?

Week 4 Check

  • Ask ChatGPT about real estate agents in your area
  • Do you appear in recommendations?
  • Is the information accurate?
